We are working on a 3d version of our tree – but before we could start to render it up we had to do some concepts and a few orthographic sketches – this is one of them!

Because I work on pretty large format landscapes, my paintings tend to take a little longer and as a result, I don’t post as often. For sketch of the week we decided to post a crop of one of my work-in-progress paintings! I will post the full image as soon as it’s done!
