Minister of Arts and Culture
Thursday, April 1st, 2010This is a sketch of our Minister of Arts and Culture: Lulu Xingwala. She has been in the news recently for walking out of a women’s art exhibition; apparently offended by a series of photographs by Zanele Muholi. The work, that features naked women embracing was deamed “immoral, offensive and going against nation-building” by the Minister.
